How do I add a source?

At first launch, or in Settings > Sources > Add Source. Enter the server address, username and password of your Xtream account, or the link to your M3U playlist. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, you can also pick an M3U file. A TV box or tuner on your network is offered by itself.

The Apple TV QR code doesn't work

The QR code expires after 10 minutes: Apple TV then shows a new one, so scan the one on screen. Without a camera, open zappeo.agentiapp.com/tv on your phone and type the code shown on Apple TV. The phone needs the internet, but not the same network as the Apple TV.

How do I keep only some countries?

Settings > Sources, choose the source, then Countries. Check the countries, languages and bundles to keep: the other channels stay available if you change your mind.

A channel shows up twice

Open the channel's menu, then Channel Sources, and choose "Merge with Another Channel". The other way round, "Not the Same Channel" splits off a source grouped by mistake. Everything can be undone in Settings > Channels > Corrections.

The guide times are off

Settings > Sources, choose the source, then Guide > Shift Guide Times, by half hours.

iCloud

With iCloud on across your devices, favorites, hidden channels and settings move from one to the other in seconds. The sync status is in Settings, on the iCloud row. Zappeo also works without iCloud: each device then keeps its own choices.
